Shipping Policy

- We’re working hard to get each item in your order out the door within 4 business days! Sometimes, it might take a bit longer up to 7-10 working days, especially if we’re getting your product from different stores. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
- We’re on it every weekday, from Monday to Saturday, making sure your orders are good to go! Just a heads up, we take a break on public holidays.
- For now, we can send each order to one address only. If you’d like to send goodies to different places, just place separate orders – it’s that easy.
- We want your order to reach you quickly and in top-notch condition, so we’ve teamed up with the best courier agencies in the business.
- We’ll do our best to ship all the items in your order together, but sometimes it might not be possible because of product quirks or availability. Thanks for understanding.
Exchange Policy

- If your purchase didn’t spark joy, no worries! You can swap any Nuvara goodies within 14 days from the date on your invoice. Just make sure they’re unused, clean, and rocking their original state and packaging. We’ve got you covered!

Claim Policy
- At Nuvara, we put loads of love into making our products, and we’re all about top-notch quality control.
- If you notice any major manufacturing issues within 14 days from your invoice date, we’ve got your back with a 100% replacement guarantee. Just give us a heads-up!
General Terms & Conditions for Exchange/Claims
- We’re here to help with exchanges or claims, and all you need is the original invoice.
- Just a heads up, products purchased at a discount or during a sale period won’t be eligible for warranty, guarantee, or exchange.
- Products from promo schemes, like discount or gift coupons, also won’t be eligible for exchange or claim/refund.

- For exchanges or claims, we’ll replace the product if it’s available at the time of the request.
- If the exact product isn’t available, we’ll adjust the replacement against your next purchase.
- The replaced item’s value will match the original purchase price, regardless of any current price differences.
- No cash refund or credit note if the replaced product is less valuable than the original.
- If it’s more valuable, we’ll handle the difference in cash at the store.
