Yes, all our beauty products are crafted with safety in mind, suitable for all ages and genders.

What should I do if I have allergies to certain ingredients in beauty products?

If you have a known allergy to any ingredient, it's advisable to avoid the product containing that specific ingredient. Refer to the product page for the complete ingredient list. For any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out, and we'll be happy to assist you.

How quickly can I expect a response if I have a question?

We aim to answer all questions within 1-2 working days.

Can I pay for my order via bank deposit within Sri Lanka?

Yes, we accept bank deposits as a payment option for orders within Sri Lanka. Our bank details will be provided to you during the checkout process.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered within Sri Lanka?

Sri Lankan orders are delivered within 3-4 working days.

How much does shipping cost for orders within Sri Lanka?

350 LKR Flat Rate.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping with a flat rate of 30 USD. Delivery usually takes 7-10 working days.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. If you do not receive this email, please contact us, and we will assist you.

Will I be notified before my order is delivered?

Yes, the courier will call you before attempting delivery to confirm your availability and to arrange a suitable delivery time.

What happens if I am not available to receive my order?

The courier will attempt to deliver your order up to three times. If you are unavailable during these attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Can I change the delivery address after my order has been shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. Please ensure that your shipping address during checkout is accurate and up to date.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or a refund.

How long will it take to receive a refund for a returned package?

Once we receive the returned package, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Can I send a gift to someone else?

Yes, you can send a gift to someone else. During checkout, you can enter a different shipping address, and we can also include a greeting note with the gift box.

Is there an additional charge for the greeting note?

No, there is no additional charge for the greeting note.

Can I include a personalized message with the greeting note?

You can include a personalized message with a greeting note. During checkout, you can enter a message to be included in the gift box.

Will the recipient receive a receipt or invoice with the gift option?

We do not include receipts or invoices with gifts. You receive an invoice through mail.
